Peri-Menopause
Workplace Education
Women 40–55 years old are among the most experienced people in any organization — and menopause symptoms are a quiet, largely unaddressed driver of absenteeism, reduced performance, and attrition of senior level talent. Fewer than 1 in 5 employers currently offer any formal menopause education or benefit, which means acting now is a genuine point of employer differentiation to reduce attrition and increase productivity.
MenoED is a workplace menopause education experience. Each workplace presentation about menopause has the goals of both the organization and their midlife women employees in mind. Employees want science-backed information and operational know-how for accessing trusted menopause care and services. Organizations want their gifted employees to be happy, healthy, and remain apart of their workforce.
84% of employees say more menopause support is needed at work (Catalyst, 2024)
$150B in estimated global productivity loss tied to menopause symptoms (AARP Research, 2024)
$1.8 billion accounts for the estimated loss in work time each year due to menopause symptoms. (Mayo Clinic, 2023)
What I Offer
My corporate presentations are engaging, evidence-informed sessions designed for mixed audiences — whether you're addressing employees experiencing menopause firsthand, managers looking to better support their teams, or HR professionals building more inclusive policies. I offer presentations that can be a lunch-and-learn series, or as part of a broader wellbeing program. Sessions can be delivered in-person or virtually.
What We Cover
In our sessions together we talk about:
What menopause is — and what it isn't (busting the myths that hold conversations back)
Recognizing the full spectrum of symptoms and how they show up at work
Lifestyle strategies that genuinely “move the needle”: nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress management
How managers and colleagues can create a more supportive environment
What The Experience Looks Like
These aren't dry lectures. My presentations are warm, honest, and grounded in real life. Attendees leave with practical tools they can use immediately, and organizations leave with a clearer framework for building lasting menopause-friendly cultures.
