We will focus on: sleep, nutrition, movement/exercise, supplement education, body composition and wardrobe styling, and getting grounded on what you want life to look like in the future. If you are searching for a provider, I will help you to find a medical provider(s) well versed in menopause care (cert with the Menopause Society). This is client-driven coaching. We will map out a plan and strategy that works with your lifestyle and goals. This package is an 8 week commitment to getting you on solid footing with all the tools and knowledge you will need to feel and look amazing!
